Confirm the voltage and frequency of the 1200W which you ordered is match with your local utility grid. Except bracket, solar panel, inverter and other related parts, you also need the below tools and parts. Prohibition to connect the 1200W Microinverter to utility grid if do not install the inverter following the below steps. Please determine the installation site refer to 3.1.2. Make sure the inverter and bracket grounding, otherwise install a dedicated line for the inverter of grounding. Use the AC cable to connect the neighboring Maysun1200W Microinverters, and the end terminal of cable connect to the AC box. Before connect the AC box, make sure do not connect to utility grid. If the AC output voltage in the range of 200-250V, the maximum is 5pcs Maysun1200W Microinverters for each branch; if the AC output voltage in the range of 100-130V, the maximum is 3pcs Maysun1200w Microinverters for each branch; the maximum current is 30A for e. Select the right earth leakage protection switch and breaker according to the system maximum current. Covered the solar panel with opaque object, then connect the Maysun1200W Microinverter with the 4pcs of solar panel. 1200W have 4 DC input ports, each input port can connect maximum 350W(20A), over power or over current will damage the 1200W. Check all the terminal in right and stable connected , then connect to utility grid and remove the opaque object on the solar panel. Check the LED on the Maysun1200W, if the LED in green, congratulations, you complete finish the installation. DC power supply the LED. If the DC voltage around 10.5V, the LED will light up. MPPT is been tracking. DC voltage if low. Utility grid power off or the utility voltage is not match the Microinverter. Short circuit of AC terminal. Input voltage or current not stable, pls check if there have enough current from the solar panel. Steps for replace fault Microinverter. Use opaque object to cover the solar panels which connect to the fault Microinverter. Disconnect the fault Microinverter and utility grid. Disconnect the fault Microinverter and AC cable. Disconnect the fault Microinverter and solar panel. Remove the fault Microinverter from the bracket. Fix the new Microinverter to the bracket. Connect the new Microinverter to the AC cable. Connect the new Microinverter to the solar panel. Connect the new Microinverter to the utility grid. Remove the opaque object on the solar panel. Your praise is very important to us.
