Just over 4 years ago I put together a grid tied PV System using AP Systems Micro inverters. The AP Systems Micro inverters did not work with my solar panels (Ten-K Solar Panels). After I bought this Sunny Boy String inverter and before I changed the wiring to accommodate this inverter. I found that the Ten-K solar panels needed a proprietary micro inverter. So the bottom line is that while this inverter had been opened and removed from the box, it was never used. This “brand new”inverter was put back in its box and the box pushed into a corner inside the house and was forgotten about. The other day my wife asked me about it and I told her that it might be a good idea to try and find a home for it, so here it is! I did re-open the box and took the thing out to take pictures.
